Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies across various digital platforms to drive traffic, generate leads, and enhance brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:
Facebook Paid Ads
-Create, manage, and optimize Facebook ad campaigns to achieve business objectives.
-Monitor campaign performance and ROI, implementing improvements as needed.

Google Ads
-Develop and execute Google Ads strategies for search, display, and video campaigns.
-Conduct keyword research and manage bids for optimal performance.

Email Marketing
-Design and execute targeted email marketing campaigns.
-Analyze email campaign metrics and optimize for better engagement and conversions.

Designing
-Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing content for social media, email, and ads.
-Ensure designs align with brand guidelines and marketing goals.

Other Responsibilities

-Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
-Analyze website traffic and user engagement metrics to recommend improvements.
-Prepare regular performance reports for management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
-Proven experience in digital marketing (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, email marketing).
-Proficiency in design tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Illustrator.
-Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to optimize campaigns.
-Excellent communication and project management skills.
-Up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and tools.
