💰*Compensation*
– if you’re a fresher in Meta Ads- Rs 10-15k/month depending on your knowledge
– if you’re experienced (which means- you have been actually running ads for sometime)- Rs 25-30k depending on your experience and relevance

*Job Role:*
– Start, Manage & Scale Meta Ads in our agency
– Market Research- competitors analyse
– Ideal Customer Avatar Creation- research & document pain points etc.
– create & test new ad angles
– follow our training & deploy various media buying strategies to scale campaigns
– Meta Pixels & Targeting
– Monitoring the performance of funnel & automation
– Help out clients achieve weekly & monthly goals!

🎯 **Role Overview: Performance Marketing**

– Support the planning and execution of paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram (Meta), and more.
– Assist in managing campaign performance with a focus on driving ROI and achieving KPIs.
– Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis to improve campaign outcomes.
– Collaborate with the creative and content teams to develop compelling ad creatives and landing pages.
– Monitor ad budgets and adjust strategies to maximize efficiency and results.
– Perform A/B tests on creatives, targeting, and landing pages to enhance conversion rates.
– Generate performance reports and extract actionable insights using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.
– Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and platform updates in performance marketing.

*✅ What We’re Looking For*
– A basic understanding of *Google Ads* and *Facebook Ads*.
– Strong analytical thinking and a data-driven mindset.
– Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
– Eagerness to learn and attention to detail.
– Proficiency in *Excel/Google Sheets* (a plus).
– Google Ads or Facebook Blueprint certifications (nice to have).
