*Job Description – Associate – Marketing & Partnerships*

*Mission of the Position*

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Marketing and Partnerships Associate to join our team. This role will be responsible for driving content marketing efforts, building strategic partnerships, enhancing lead generation, implementing targeted advertising, and converting prospects into clients for the organization.

*What Are The Main Responsibilities*

*Content Marketing:*
Develop and execute strategies to generate new leads through content marketing, cold outreach, and networking. Curate educational resources for schools and educators, including tips on student health, case studies, infographics, and interviews with doctors. Spread these materials via email, WhatsApp, and social media.
Utilize WhatsApp, Emails & Phone calls to follow up with leads, convert prospects into clients & drive sales. Working closely with the Sales team to leverage their database.
Implement a follow-up strategy to gauge interest, provide additional information, and address queries & convert leads into opportunities.
Create quarterly newsletters to update decision-makers on new programs, success stories, and upcoming events, enhancing lead generation efforts.
*Building Partnerships:*
Organize and manage offline events/wellness days to bring together educators, health professionals, and stakeholders to showcase HealthSetGo’s programs. Use these events to showcase HealthSetGo’s programs, establish credibility, and collect new leads.
Host webinars featuring leaders, success stories, and interactive Q&A sessions, inviting principals and decision-makers to discuss the benefits of our health program, establish credibility & drive engagement.
Plan and execute offline events such as parent orientation at schools to build relationships, showcase our offerings, and directly engage with potential clients.
*Leverage Social Proof:*
Video Testimonials: Create and share video testimonials from Principals, Parents who have benefited from our programs & highlight the impact of our Program.
*Implement Targeted Advertising:*
Develop and manage search and display ads targeting keywords related to our product, while using LinkedIn’s targeting features to reach decision-makers in the education sector with sponsored content and InMail campaigns.
Campaign Optimization: Regularly review ad performance and adjust targeting, messaging, and budget to improve results, lead generation & sales results.
*Updates & Campaigns:*
Share updates and photos of regular activities/programs conducted on social media to engage and inform our audience.
Post real-time updates, shortly after events to maintain relevance and capitalize on current interest & engage with School decision makers.

 

*What Skills Are Critical And Essential*

– Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
– Strong written and verbal communication skills.
– Proficiency in content creation, lead generation, and sales strategies.
– Experience with email marketing, social media management, and targeted advertising.
– Experience with online and offline marketing campaigns.
– Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
– Experience with Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
– Familiarity with marketing analytics tools.

*Qualifications:*
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, Business, or a related field.
Experience: 3+ years of experience in marketing, content creation, or partnerships, preferably in the education or health sector.
