Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop and execute lead generation strategies across digital channels

• Design impactful presentations and marketing creatives

• Create, write, and edit content for social media, websites, and newsletters

• Run and manage paid ad campaigns on Google, Facebook, and other platforms

• Maintain and update websites using WordPress

• Implement email marketing campaigns and track performance

• Utilize tools like Excel to analyze and report campaign data

• Apply basic HTML & CSS for website customization

• Improve conversion rates through CRO best practices

• Stay updated on digital marketing trends and bring creative ideas to the table

Must-Have Skills

• Strong command of Lead Generation

• Experience with Social Media Marketing (organic + paid)

• Proficiency in Google Ads, PPC, and CRO

• Knowledge of Content Creation, Design, and Email Marketing

• Familiarity with WordPress, HTML/CSS, and Excel

• Excellent writing, editing, and presentation skills

• A mix of creative thinking and analytical ability
