*About the Role:*
Aromaaz International Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to manage and optimize our Google Ads (PPC) and Email Marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and analyzing campaigns to drive measurable results.

*Key Responsibilities:*

– Plan, execute, and manage Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, and Shopping networks.
– Conduct keyword research, write compelling ad copy, and perform A/B testing to enhance campaign performance.
– Continuously optimize campaigns to improve return on investment (ROI) and reduce cost per acquisition (CPA).
– Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics.
– Create and manage engaging email marketing campaigns using tools like Mailchimp (or similar).
– Segment target audiences and track email performance including open rates, CTR, and conversions.
– Collaborate with content and design teams to develop creatives and email templates.
– Stay current with the latest digital marketing trends and platform updates.

*Required Skills & Qualifications:*

– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
– 1–2 years of proven experience in Google Ads and Email Marketing.
– Proficiency with Google Ads, Google Analytics, and email platforms such as Mailchimp.
– Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and derive insights.
– Basic understanding of landing page optimization and conversion tracking.
– Excellent written communication and campaign planning skills.
