*Position Overview:*
We are looking for self-motivated and disciplined individuals to join our dynamic team as Research Analysts. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a startup-like environment where ownership, agility, and initiative are key.

*Key Responsibilities:*
*1. Project Delivery*
– Supervise, train, and mentor the internal project team.
– Monitor KPIs and ensure productivity benchmarks are met.
– Lead firm-wide strategic initiatives and demonstrate capabilities to clients.

*2. Client Communication & Management*
– Handle extensive email communications with clients.
– Analyze data and prepare insightful reports using Excel and PowerPoint.
– Collaborate with managers for project updates and continuous feedback.
*Skills Required:*
– Strong verbal and written communication skills.
– Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
– Excellent analytical and conceptual thinking.
– Effective planning and time management abilities.
*Experience:*
– 1 to 5 years of relevant experience.
