🎯 Key Responsibilities:

📊 Develop and execute paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and more
🚀 Drive lead generation while optimizing CPL, CTR, CPA & ROAS
💰 Manage and allocate monthly ad budgets for maximum returns
🔁 Run A/B tests on creatives, targeting & landing pages
📉 Monitor, analyze & report performance metrics with actionable insights
🔍 Collaborate with SEO teams for aligned growth strategies
♻️ Implement retargeting & funnel optimization to convert leads
🎨 Work closely with creatives to build high-converting ads
🧠 Stay ahead of the curve with trends, tools & algorithm changes

✅ Requirements:

✔️ 2–3 years of hands-on performance marketing experience
✔️ Pro in Google Ads, Meta Ads & PPC platforms
✔️ Strong with Google Analytics, GTM, Facebook Pixel
✔️ Experience in CRO, retargeting & funnel strategy
✔️ Skilled in A/B testing, audience segmentation & automation
✔️ Data-savvy with Excel, Google Sheets & reporting tools
✔️ Knowledge of landing page optimization
✔️ Excellent communication & collaboration skills
