We are looking for a Management Trainee – Social Media & Content who loves writing, ideating, and engaging audiences creatively across platforms. 🚀 This is your chance to learn, grow, and eventually lead content and creative teams!

🛠 Key Responsibilities
✅ Create innovative and engaging social media content for multiple brands.
✅ Manage daily posting across up to 25 brand accounts.
✅ Ideate and write compelling content tailored for different platforms.
✅ Use AI tools and Canva to design visuals and creative assets.
✅ Develop client presentations in PowerPoint.
✅ Manage LinkedIn accounts and assist in lead generation activities.
✅ Plan and attend brand photoshoots. 📸
✅ Communicate effectively with managers for content creation and approvals.
✅ Collaborate with designers to optimize campaign performance.
✅ Implement the latest social media best practices for visibility and engagement. 🚀

📈 Growth Plan
You’ll begin by assisting the Head of Content and Digital Engagement — and as you gain skills and confidence, you’ll be groomed into leading content and creative teams. 📚✨

🎓 Qualifications
🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field
✍ Strong content writing and ideation skills
📱 Familiarity with all major social media platforms
🎨 Proficiency in Canva and AI tools for content creation
🤝 Excellent communication and team collaboration skills

🕘 Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
