*About the Role:*
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Performance Marketing Intern to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about digital marketing, data-driven strategies, and driving measurable results. You will work closely with our marketing team to optimize campaigns, manage budgets, and improve overall performance across various digital platforms.

*Key Responsibilities:*
– Assist in planning, executing, and optimizing paid marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
– Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
– Perform A/B testing and support in optimizing creatives and ad copies.
– Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and insights.
– Assist with SEO, SEM, and other digital marketing strategies as required.
– Prepare performance reports and provide actionable recommendations.
– Support the team in managing budgets and maximizing ROI.

*Requirements:*
– Pursuing or completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
– Basic knowledge of digital marketing concepts, especially performance marketing.
– Familiarity with tools like Google Ads Manager, Facebook Business Manager, and Google Analytics is a plus.
– Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
– Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
– Good communication skills and a proactive attitude.
