*Job Summary:*
We are seeking a highly motivated Performance Marketing Specialist to drive user acquisition, lead generation, and brand visibility through paid digital channels. You will be responsible for planning, executing, optimizing, and analyzing paid campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and others.

*Key Responsibilities:*
– Plan and manage paid marketing campaigns across Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other channels.
– Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and A/B testing to maximize ROI.
– Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, suggesting and implementing optimizations.
– Collaborate with the design and content teams to create effective ad creatives and landing pages.
– Manage budgets effectively, ensuring cost-efficiency and campaign profitability.
– Track, report, and analyze website analytics and campaign performance (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.).
– Stay up-to-date with industry trends, platform updates, and emerging tools or technologies.
– Drive continuous improvement in campaign strategies based on insights and performance data.

*Requirements:*
– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
– 1–3 years of experience in performance/digital marketing.
– Hands-on experience with platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
– Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data interpretation and reporting.
– Knowledge of SEO/SEM, web traffic metrics, and A/B testing tools.
– Excellent communication and project management skills.
– Certification in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or similar is a plus.

*Preferred Skills:*
– Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo).
– Familiarity with CRM platforms.
– Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
