*Salary:* ₹3.8 to ₹4.8 LPA
*Work Schedule:* 5.5 Days/week (3 Days WFO + 2.5 Days WFH)

*Job Summary:*

eCom Conversion is seeking an experienced and analytical Sr. Performance Marketing Executive to lead Meta and Google Ads campaigns for D2C and eCommerce brands. The role demands deep knowledge of ad platforms, data-driven decision-making, and a strong strategic mindset to drive incremental growth and ROI.

*Key Responsibilities:*

– Campaign Strategy & Execution:
Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns across Meta and Google platforms.

– D2C Market Analysis:
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to improve campaign performance.

– Audience Research & Targeting:
Use advanced targeting strategies to reach potential customers effectively.

– Funnel-wise Budget Distribution:
Allocate budget strategically across different stages of the sales funnel.

– Campaign Scaling & Optimization:
Scale high-performing campaigns and continuously optimize for better performance.

– Incremental Growth Planning:
Develop growth strategies to maximize conversions and revenue.

– Performance Metrics Analysis:
Monitor custom KPIs and campaign-level metrics for actionable insights.

– Creative Performance Review:
Analyze creative effectiveness and suggest improvements for higher engagement.

*Candidate Profile:*

– Minimum 2 years of experience in performance marketing (preferably in D2C or eCommerce through an agency).
– Experience managing monthly ad spends of ₹10 Lacs+.
– Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and GA4.
– Strong analytical, communication, and campaign management skills.
