*Key Responsibilities:*

* Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and YouTube.
* Monitor campaign performance and generate regular reports with actionable insights.
* Analyze audience behavior and user funnels to improve ROI.
* Work on A/B testing for creatives, ad copies, and landing pages.
* Collaborate with the creative and tech teams for asset creation and tracking.
* Stay updated with the latest performance marketing trends and best practices.

*Who Can Apply:*

* Recent graduates or final-year students looking to start a career in digital marketing.
* Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
* Familiarity with ad platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, etc.
* Good understanding of key marketing metrics (CTR, CPA, ROAS, etc.)
