* Assist in the planning and execution of paid ad campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
* Monitor and analyze ad performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, etc.).
* Conduct keyword and audience research to improve campaign targeting.
* Collaborate with the creative and SEO teams to align paid campaigns with broader digital strategy.
* A/B test creatives and landing pages to optimize conversions.
* Generate reports and present data-driven insights to the team.
* Stay current with industry trends and platform updates.

*✅ Requirements:*

* Basic understanding of paid advertising and performance marketing principles.
* Familiarity with tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, or similar platforms (preferred).
* Analytical mindset with a keen eye for performance data.
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

* Relevant coursework or certifications in digital marketing is a plus.
