*Role & Responsibilities*

• Assist in the creation, execution, and optimization of Facebook & Instagram ad campaigns.

• Monitor and analyze ad performance using Meta Ads Manager.

• Conduct A/B testing for creatives, copy, and audience segments.

• Generate weekly performance reports and provide actionable insights.

• Collaborate with the design and content teams to develop high-impact creatives.

• Stay updated with the latest platform changes, industry trends, and advertising best practices.

*Requirements*

• Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media ads.

• Familiarity with Facebook/Meta Ads Manager is a plus (not mandatory).

• Comfortable working with Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis.

• Strong communication skills and an organized approach to work.

• A strong willingness to learn and grow within performance marketing.
