💼 Position: Social Media Handler
🕒 Type: Full-time / Part-time (depending on your availability)
📅 Experience: 0–2 years
💰 Salary: ₹10,000 per month (📈 Can be increased based on performance & skill level)

🎯 Key Responsibilities:
📲 Handle and grow our Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms
📸 Create creative posts, reels, and stories around properties, client visits, and market insights
🎨 Design graphics with Canva, edit short videos using CapCut / InShot
✍ Write attractive captions & use proper hashtags for reach
💬 Engage with followers in comments, DMs & stories
🏘 Stay updated on property listings and create content in coordination with the team
📈 Track growth metrics (followers, reach, engagement, etc.) and suggest ways to improve

🧠 Skills Required:
✔ Basic knowledge of design & editing tools
✔ Good understanding of trends, hashtags, and audience engagement
✔ Organized, punctual, and self-driven
✔ Good communication in Hindi & English

🌟 Bonus Points:
💸 Basic understanding of Meta Ads
🏢 Previous experience in real estate, lifestyle, or local brands
