*Role & Responsibilities*

Assist in the creation, execution, and management of Facebook & Instagram ad campaigns

Monitor and analyze ad performance using Meta Ads Manager

Support A/B testing of creatives, ad copy, and audience targeting

Generate weekly reports and provide insights on campaign performance

Collaborate with the design and content teams for ad creative development

Stay up-to-date with platform changes, trends, and best practices

*Requirements*

Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media advertising

Familiarity with Facebook/Meta Ads Manager (preferred but not mandatory)

Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets

Strong communication and organizational skills

Eagerness to learn and grow in performance marketing
