Are you a passionate digital marketer with a knack for PPC and email marketing? Join our team at Aromaaz International Pvt. Ltd., where you’ll manage end-to-end Google Ads campaigns and email marketing initiatives to drive results and boost ROI.

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

✅ Plan, execute & optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping)
✅ Conduct keyword research, write engaging ad copy & run A/B testing
✅ Monitor and improve campaign performance to reduce CPA
✅ Generate and analyze campaign reports using Google tools
✅ Create and manage email marketing campaigns via Mailchimp (or similar)
✅ Perform audience segmentation & track open, click-through, and conversion rates
✅ Collaborate with the content/design team for creatives and copy
✅ Stay updated with the latest in paid advertising & email trends

🎯 Requirements:

🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
🛠️ 1–2 years of hands-on experience with Google Ads & Email Marketing
📊 Strong analytical mindset and reporting skills
🧰 Familiarity with tools like Google Ads, Google Analytics, Mailchimp
🧠 Basic knowledge of landing page optimization & conversion tracking
✍️ Good communication & campaign planning skills
