1. Campaign Development & Execution

• Design and manage paid ad campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms

• Write compelling ad copy and choose high-performing creatives

• Allocate and manage ad spend for optimal ROI

2. Performance Monitoring & Optimization

• Monitor and analyze campaign metrics

• A/B test ad creatives, copy, and audiences

• Adjust strategies based on performance data

3. Audience Targeting & Retargeting

• Research and segment audiences for precise targeting

• Set up custom audiences and retargeting funnels to maximize reach and conversions

4. Collaboration & Strategy

• Align paid campaigns with the broader content strategy

• Coordinate with the creative/content team to ensure cohesive messaging

• Stay updated with industry trends and platform updates
