🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• 📊 Plan, launch & manage Meta Ads campaigns for D2C and service-based businesses

• 📈 Monitor and optimize key metrics: CTR, CPL, ROAS

• 🧪 Execute A/B tests for creatives, audience segments, and ad copy

• 🤝 Attend client meetings (offline/online) to align on goals and expectations

• 📉 Analyze campaign performance and deliver actionable insights

• 🎨 Collaborate with the creative team to design and iterate ad creatives

✅ Requirements

• 🧠 6 months to 1 year of experience in Meta Ads

• 🔁 Sound understanding of lead generation funnels and D2C conversion strategies

• 🛠️ Proficient with Meta Ads Manager, Pixel setup, and tracking

• 🗣️ Strong analytical thinking and communication skills
