We are looking for a talented and imaginative Graphic Designer to join our dynamic creative team. This role supports the visual identity and communication needs of both Vrinda Papers and Hashtag Education, creating impactful designs for both print and digital media.

You’ll work closely with marketing and content teams to deliver compelling visuals across various platforms, ensuring consistent brand representation.

*Key Responsibilities*

* Design high-quality visual assets for Vrinda Papers: packaging, promotional materials, social media, presentations, etc.
* Create engaging and informative designs for Hashtag Education: e-learning content, social media creatives, infographics, digital marketing assets.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop creative concepts and deliver polished final designs.
* Maintain consistency with brand guidelines for both companies.
* Prepare print-ready files and ensure production specifications are met.
* Revise and improve existing designs to enhance visual appeal.
* Manage multiple projects, meeting deadlines while upholding quality.
* Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and technologies.

*Qualifications*

* Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
* Minimum 2 years of professional graphic design experience.
* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
* Strong grasp of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
* Experience in both digital and print media.
* Familiarity with UI/UX and responsive design is a plus.
* Excellent time management and attention to detail.
* Strong communication and collaboration skills.

* Experience in educational content or e-learning design.
* Motion graphics or animation (After Effects, Premiere Pro).
