We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented *E-commerce Executive* to manage and grow our online marketplace presence. This role is ideal for someone who understands e-commerce platforms and wants to play a hands-on role in digital product management, listings, and order operations.

*Key Responsibilities*

* Manage product listings across e-commerce platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, etc.
* Optimize product descriptions, titles, keywords, and images for better visibility and conversions
* Monitor and process orders, returns, and customer queries
* Track inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse/operations team
* Work on pricing strategies, offers, and discounts to improve sales
* Analyze performance data and prepare regular reports on marketplace performance
* Collaborate with digital marketing and content teams for promotions and visibility campaigns
* Stay updated with trends, policies, and best practices of e-commerce marketplaces

*Requirements*

* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field
* 0–2 years of experience in e-commerce operations or marketplace management (Freshers with relevant training/internships can apply)
* Familiarity with platforms like Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, etc.
* Basic understanding of product SEO, inventory tools, and order fulfillment workflows
* Good Excel/Google Sheets skills and data handling ability
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Ability to multitask and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
