🔧 *Role Overview:*

We’re looking for a dynamic and analytical *Performance Marketing Intern* who is eager to learn and execute digital ad campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and more.

📌 *Key Responsibilities:*

* Assist in planning, executing, and optimizing paid marketing campaigns (Google, Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
* Monitor campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS, conversions)
* Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and ad copy testing
* Prepare weekly reports and performance insights
* Collaborate with design and content teams to align creatives with strategy
* Stay updated with the latest trends and algorithm changes in paid media

🎯 *What We’re Looking For:*

* Basic knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, or any paid media platforms
* Strong analytical and Excel/Google Sheets skills
* Enthusiasm to learn, adapt, and grow in a fast-paced environment
* Good communication skills and attention to detail
* Prior training or internship in digital marketing (preferred but not mandatory)
