📌 Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in creating & curating engaging content for multiple platforms 🎨

  • Execute social media campaigns, schedule posts & monitor engagement

🎯 What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred)

  • Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in social media marketing

  • Passion for trends, reels, and content creation

  • Strong understanding of platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube

  • Creative thinker with a knack for content ideas & engagement strategies

  • Excellent communication & team collaboration skills

  • Familiarity with social media analytics tools is a bonus

💰 Salary & Hike Policy:

  • Budget: Up to ₹5 LPA (Depending on experience & skillset)

  • For candidates currently earning below industry standards, the maximum hike cap is 30%.
    Example: If a candidate is earning ₹3 LPA, the maximum offer will be approx. ₹3.9 LPA to align with the standard hike policy.
