💡 Role Overview:

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive E-commerce Operations & Product Management Intern to help manage listings, process orders, and generate leads for both retail and bulk cosmetic buyers. Perfect for someone interested in the backend of e-commerce and natural product marketing! 🌱🛒

📌 Key Responsibilities:

  • List and manage products on Amazon, Flipkart, and company website

  • Write SEO-optimized product titles, descriptions, and tags 🧴

  • Upload product images, manage pricing, stock, and variant details

  • Assist with order processing, courier coordination, and tracking

  • Maintain logs for orders, returns, and deliveries

  • Generate and analyze sales and inventory reports

  • Collaborate with the warehouse and support teams for smooth operations

  • Support marketing efforts to generate bulk buyer leads (salons, resellers, distributors)

  • Help maintain the company’s e-commerce CMS and tools

🎯 Skills Required:

  • Basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets

  • Understanding of online marketplaces & cosmetics consumers

  • Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central / Flipkart Seller Hub (bonus)

  • Strong communication & organizational skills

  • Interest in e-commerce, D2C, or beauty brands

  • Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-moving industry
