*📌 Job Summary:*

Websofy Software Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to manage our brand’s presence across various digital platforms. The ideal candidate should be enthusiastic about content, community-building, and emerging trends in the digital space.

*🔍 Key Responsibilities:*

• Develop and execute creative social media strategies to boost brand awareness and engagement

• Plan, design, and publish content (posts, reels, stories, videos, etc.) across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube

• Manage social media calendars and ensure consistent scheduling of posts

• Engage with followers: respond to comments, messages, and mentions

• Work closely with the content and design team to create appealing visuals and copy

• Track platform performance using tools like Meta Insights, Creator Studio, etc., and prepare weekly/monthly reports

• Stay updated with platform algorithms, trending content formats, and viral challenges

• (Preferred) Run and optimize paid social media ad campaigns

*💡 Key Skills Required:*

• Solid knowledge of major social media platforms

• Creativity in content creation, caption writing, and storytelling

• Basic skills in Canva / Photoshop / video editing tools

• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and metrics

• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

• Awareness of trends, memes, and social community dynamics

*🎓 Qualifications:*

• Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, Media, or related field

• Certification in Social Media Marketing (Meta Blueprint, HubSpot, etc.) is a plus
