We are looking for a skilled *Campaign Manager (Google Ads & Meta Ads)* who has hands-on experience in strategizing, executing, and optimizing paid campaigns. *Key Responsibilities:*

* Develop, launch, and manage paid marketing campaigns on *Google Ads* and *Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram)*
* Conduct *A/B testing* to compare ad strategies and optimize performance
* Collaborate with the *design and content teams* for high-performing ad creatives
* Monitor and analyze campaign KPIs, prepare detailed *performance reports*
* Optimize campaign performance to achieve target *ROI/ROAS*
* Stay updated with industry trends, platform algorithm changes, and best practices
* Suggest and implement new strategies to improve results and efficiency

* Proven experience managing Google and Meta ad campaigns
* Strong knowledge of campaign setup, targeting, optimization, and reporting
