*Key Responsibilities*

•Plan, execute, and optimize B2B email marketing campaigns with a primary focus on lead generation.

•Build email workflows (nurture, drip, re-engagement) to convert cold contacts into marketing-qualified leads (MQLs).

•Segment lists and personalize messaging based on buyer personas, lead scoring, and funnel stages.

•Write compelling copy and collaborate with designers to create high-converting email creatives.

•Monitor campaign performance metrics (open rate, CTR, conversion rate, unsubscribe rate, bounce rate).

•A/B test subject lines, CTAs, send times, and content to improve campaign effectiveness.

•Maintain and grow an accurate and engaged email database.

•Stay updated with email marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
