As we expand, we’re looking for a sharp and strategic Sr. Meta Ads Expert to take the lead in our paid media vertical.

*Role Overview:*

We’re hiring a *Media Buyer* who thrives on numbers and results. The ideal candidate will have experience managing monthly ad spends of ₹20L+ and a proven ability to build full-funnel strategies that scale profitably.

*Key Responsibilities:*

* Strategize, launch, and optimize high-performing ad campaigns across *Meta*, *Google*, and *YouTube*
* Execute full-funnel planning and budget allocation based on business goals
* Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and take action to improve ROAS and reduce CAC
* Work closely with the *creative* and *growth* teams to align content with ad strategy
* Prepare and present detailed reports using analytics platforms (GA4, Ads Manager, etc.)

*Requirements:*

* 3–4 years of *agency-side* experience with D2C/eCommerce brands (Mandatory)
* Hands-on expertise in *Meta Ads*, *Google Ads*, *YouTube Ads*, and *GA4*
* Strong understanding of funnel-based marketing, audience segmentation, and creative testing
* Ability to interpret campaign data, generate insights, and optimize in real-time
* Strong communication, collaboration, and reporting skills
