🎯 Key Responsibilities:

✅ Digital Marketing Strategy

  • Design and execute multi-channel strategies: SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, Display, Influencer, and Email marketing.

✅ Performance Marketing & ROI Focus

  • Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns: creative, bidding, budget, A/B testing.

  • Monitor and improve key performance metrics: CAC, CPL, LTV, Conversion Rates.

✅ Website & Funnel Optimization

  • Improve CRO, user flow, and landing pages.

  • Conduct basic UX reviews and provide actionable SEO suggestions.

✅ Analytics & Tracking

  • Set up and manage Google Analytics, Facebook/Google pixels, dashboards.

  • Analyze performance and generate insights for decision-making.

✅ Content & Community Building

  • Build and manage content calendar (email, blog, social media).

  • Initiate influencer outreach and grow user engagement.

✅ Collaboration & Communication

  • Work closely with sales, product, design teams to align brand messaging.

✅ Trendspotting & Innovation

  • Stay ahead of trends in digital marketing, AI tools, and performance media.

✅ Budget Management

  • Strategically allocate marketing budget for maximum ROI and growth impact.

🔍 What We’re Looking For:

  • 1–3 years of experience in Digital Marketing (startups preferred)

  • Hands-on with Meta Ads, Google Ads, Analytics, SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush)

  • Strong execution & problem-solving skills

  • Knowledge of Canva, ChatGPT, or generative AI tools is a bonus

  • Passion for growth and a builder mindset
