✅ Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies in alignment with business goals

• Create, curate, and manage content (images, videos, written copy) across platforms

• Monitor social media channels and engage with followers

• Analyze insights to refine future strategy and boost performance

• Coordinate with internal teams to manage brand reputation and visibility

• Stay updated with latest trends, tools, and platform updates

• Generate monthly reports highlighting trends, performance, and insights

• Monitor competitors and industry benchmarks

🎓 Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field

• Prior internship or experience in Social Media Management preferred

• Strong copywriting and communication skills

• Ability to create and manage content across formats

• Familiarity with basic design and web tools (e.g., Canva, basic HTML, etc.)
