🧩 Position: Business Development Executive – B2B Fuel Card Sales
🧠 Role Overview:
Select and Switch is seeking a highly experienced B2B Sales Consultant to join our India-based telesales team. The role focuses on promoting fuel card solutions to Australian business clients with large vehicle usage. You’ll be responsible for researching industries, identifying leads, initiating calls, and converting them into long-term customers.
🛠 Key Responsibilities:
Research & Lead Generation

Identify industries in Australia with high fuel consumption

Build prospect lists using online tools (LinkedIn, Yellow Pages, etc.)

Research company profiles to find decision-makers like Fleet or Operations Managers
Telesales & Outreach

Cold call prospects to introduce and promote fuel card products

Conduct consultative calls to understand customer needs

Handle objections professionally and close sales effectively
Customer Management

Maintain detailed CRM records and lead status

Follow up regularly with leads and ensure seamless onboarding

Coordinate with operations for smooth customer handling
Reporting & Collaboration

Achieve daily and weekly KPIs

Share insights on lead quality, trends, and campaign performance

Collaborate with team to enhance overall sales strategy
🎓 Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of B2B international sales experience

Strong preference for experience in the Australian market

Exposure to fuel cards, logistics, fleet, telecom, or utility services

Excellent communication skills (spoken and written English)

Strong research and prospecting abilities

Confident and persuasive phone manner

CRM and sales tracking tool proficiency
