🎯 Position 1: Social Media Optimization (SMO) Intern

💼 Position Type: Internship
💰 Stipend: ₹7,000 – ₹10,000/month
📍 Location: Pitampura, Delhi

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with company goals

  • Create, curate, and manage content (images, videos, text) for all social platforms

  • Monitor channels and engage with followers

  • Analyze insights and performance data to optimize future strategies

  • Collaborate with internal teams for brand alignment

  • Track trends and competitor activity

  • Generate monthly performance and trend reports

✅ Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field

  • Experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role

  • Strong content creation and copywriting skills

  • Familiarity with social platforms, trends, and analytics tools

  • Basic knowledge of SEO/SEM

🎨 Position 2: Graphic Designer Intern

🕒 Duration: 6 Months

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualize and design artwork for labels, posters, boxes, catalogues, etc.

  • Use tools like CorelDRAW, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and InDesign

  • Work with internal and external teams including marketing and printing vendors

  • Ensure final designs align with brand aesthetics and strategic goals

  • Suggest improvements to designs and layouts

✅ Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Graphic Design or a related field

  • Proficiency in design software (Photoshop, CorelDRAW, Illustrator, etc.)

  • Strong understanding of design principles (layout, typography, color theory)

  • Creativity and effective time management

  • Basic understanding of multimedia and packaging design
