🎯 Position Overview

We’re seeking a passionate and creative Social Media Manager to lead our digital storytelling and engagement. If you’re someone who can combine creativity with strategy, and wants to use your digital skills to create a real-world social impact, this role is for you.

💼 Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media Strategy & Management

  • Develop and maintain a purposeful, engaging content calendar

  • Manage Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn platforms

  • Monitor analytics, engagement, and optimize content accordingly

  • Plan and execute creative campaigns to grow online community

2. Creative Content Development

  • Design reels, carousels, graphics, and short videos (Canva/CapCut)

  • Write compelling captions, stories, and copy that reflect our values

  • Maintain brand voice across all content types

3. Campaign & Event Promotion

  • Collaborate with internal teams to promote events and workshops

  • Support mental wellness, youth empowerment & women-centric campaigns

  • Liaise with photographers/videographers for coverage and documentation
