🔍 Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced PPC Specialist with a strong background in performance marketing, especially with Google Ads and Facebook Ads. This is a hands-on role for someone passionate about paid campaigns, ROI-driven results, and marketing innovation.

🛠 Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute paid marketing strategies (PPC, SMM, PR) to drive ROI

  • Plan and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.

  • Lead social media marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility

  • Execute A/B testing for creatives, copy, and audience targeting

  • Allocate and manage digital ad budgets efficiently

  • Analyze campaign data and provide actionable insights

  • Monitor and achieve key KPIs (ROAS, CPL, CPI, etc.)

  • Stay updated on the latest trends and platforms in digital advertising

  • Collaborate with internal teams and guide junior marketers

  • Handle PR and brand communication across channels

✅ Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a marketing agency (working with domestic & international clients)

  • Proficient with Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and Google Analytics

  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills

  • Experience with A/B testing and conversion optimization

  • Excellent communication and team management skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
