Meta Ads Expert (1–4 Years Experience)

Role Overview

eCom Conversion is hiring a performance-driven Media Buyer to manage and scale paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, and YouTube. If you’ve handled D2C/eCommerce brands, worked on ₹10L+ monthly budgets, and know how to generate ROAS and reduce CAC — this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and manage performance campaigns across Meta, Google, and YouTube

  • Allocate ad budgets strategically across funnels and optimize performance

  • Monitor audience behavior and creative effectiveness to improve results

  • Coordinate with the creative and growth teams for campaign alignment

  • Execute strategies that enhance ROAS and reduce customer acquisition cost

Requirements

  • 1–4 years of hands-on experience in D2C/eCommerce ad campaigns

  • Proficiency with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and GA4

  • Demonstrated ability to manage and scale ₹10L+ monthly budgets

  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making

  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration
