🎯 Role Overview:

Harihar Career Counsellors is looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Expert to manage and grow our online presence across various platforms. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in creating engaging content, running paid campaigns, analyzing metrics, and developing strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, create, and publish engaging content across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)

  • Develop and implement social media strategies to align with business goals

  • Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation and performance tracking

  • Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and audience preferences to optimize strategies

  • Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner to build strong online communities

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency in visuals and messaging

  • Track and analyze key performance metrics to measure campaign effectiveness

  • Create monthly performance reports and suggest improvements

  • Stay updated with the latest tools, features, and best practices in social media marketing

✅ Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of proven experience as a Social Media Executive/Expert or similar role

  • Strong understanding of all major social media platforms and their algorithms

  • Experience in running paid campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.)

  • Knowledge of basic graphic design and video editing tools (Canva, Photoshop, etc.)

  • Excellent copywriting and communication skills

  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

  • Analytical mindset to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
