📢 Content Generation & Strategy

  • Design and schedule engaging content (graphics, videos, reels, carousels, stories, copy)

  • Collaborate with the team to brainstorm fresh ideas ✨

  • Maintain a structured social media content calendar

📊 Meta Ad Campaigns

  • Assist in setting up, launching & monitoring Meta Ads (FB & Instagram)

  • Support audience targeting & segmentation 🎯

  • Track key ad metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS) & prepare performance reports

🤝 Community Management & Growth

  • Monitor comments, DMs & mentions—respond promptly 💬

  • Implement strategies to increase followers & engagement

📈 Analytics & Reporting

  • Analyze social media performance with tools & platform insights

  • Prepare weekly/monthly reports 📑

  • Stay updated with the latest social trends & tools

✅ Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Pursuing/Completed Bachelor’s in Marketing/Communications/Journalism/Business

  • Proven experience in social media content creation (Portfolio/links required)

  • Hands-on with Meta Ads Manager & campaign setup

  • Strong copywriting & communication skills ✍️

  • Familiarity with major social media platforms

  • Creative mindset with outside-the-box thinking 💡

⭐ Preferred Skills

  • Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Spark, or similar tools

  • Basic video editing skills (Reels/short-form content) 🎬

  • Interest in data analytics, tech, or EdTech

  • Familiarity with scheduling tools like Buffer/Hootsuite
