✨ Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented E-Commerce Manager to manage daily operations and drive growth across online marketplaces like Flipkart and Meesho. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of e-commerce workflows, product listings, and order management, along with the ability to analyze data and optimize business performance using Excel.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

  • 🛒 Oversee daily e-commerce operations.

  • 📦 Manage and update product listings (Flipkart, Meesho, etc.).

  • 🏷️ Regularly update product information, pricing, and stock availability.

  • 📊 Plan strategies to increase daily order volume.

  • 📈 Monitor performance metrics and suggest improvements.

  • 🤝 Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order fulfillment.

  • 🔍 Stay updated with e-commerce marketplace trends and best practices.

🎓 Required Qualifications

  • Graduate degree in any discipline.

  • Certification in Excel or e-commerce-related courses (preferred).

💼 Experience

  • Minimum 1 – 1.5 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce operations.

🛠️ Key Skills

  • Advanced Excel (formulas, reports, data analysis).

  • E-Commerce Platform Management (Flipkart, Meesho, etc.).

  • E-Commerce Marketing & Sales Growth Planning.
