Role Overview

Stylex Fire Protection Systems is seeking a results-driven Performance Marketer to lead the execution and optimization of our digital advertising efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, running, and analyzing paid marketing campaigns across multiple platforms to drive lead generation, conversions, and brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities

-Plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant digital platforms.
-Monitor campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, etc.) and provide actionable insights.
-Continuously test ad creatives, audiences, placements, and strategies to improve campaign efficiency.
-Collaborate with the design and content teams to develop effective ad creatives.
-Prepare and present regular campaign performance reports and recommendations.
-Stay updated with digital marketing trends, platform updates, and industry best practices.

Requirements

-Basic to intermediate knowledge of online advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, etc.
-Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and optimize performance.
-Creative thinking and a keen eye for impactful ad design and messaging.
-Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
-Prior experience in digital marketing or advertising is a plus.
