Overview

Adswolf is a global online ad platform for advertisers looking to expand their media range. With over 9 years of media buying experience and a significant understanding of ad optimization, we provide your business with strategies that generate real results.

Role and Responsibilities:

As an AdOps Intern, you will assist in researching and analyzing competitor strategies on various tools, including Facebook Ads Library and other spy tools. Your primary responsibility will be gathering and managing data on competitor ad strategies and reporting observations on a Google Sheet, providing crucial insights for our Media Buying team to craft effective advertising campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct thorough research and analysis of competitor advertisements on Facebook Ads Library and other spy tools.
2. Compile and organize data of competitor ad strategies, including Primary Text, Creative, Targeting, Tracking Links, etc., and report it through Google Sheets regularly.
3. Based on your findings, provide regular reports and insights to the Media Buying team.
4. Collaborate with team members to brainstorm and develop innovative advertising strategies.

Required Qualifications:

1. Basic understanding of digital advertising terms and tools used like Facebook Advertising Platform and Ads Library.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), Google Sheets.
3. Strong analytical skills and communication skills.
4. Ability to learn quickly and work independently.
5. Strong organizational and time management skills.

Contract Details:

1. Start Date: To be Discussed
2. Internship Duration: Up to 3 months
3. Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9 Hours/Day with 1 hour break
4. Compensation: To Be Discussed
5. Laptop Requirement: The intern is expected to work using their own laptop and internet connection
6. Performance Review: After the training, your performance will be regularly evaluated during the internship period. Continuation of the internship is contingent upon meeting performance expectations.
7. Opportunity for Permanent Employment: If your performance is satisfactory during the internship, there may be an opportunity for permanent employment with our company. Permanent roles may require working from our office location in Delhi NCR. Additionally, the compensation package will be reassessed at that time.
8. Leaves: No leaves will be provided during the internship period. In case of unapproved or extended absence, salary may be deducted on a pro-rata basis.
