📢 Social Media Marketing Intern

🏢 Company: HRL Infotechs
📍 Location: Jaipur (Work From Office)
🕘 Shift: Day Shift (9 AM – 5 PM)
🗓️ Duration: 3–6 Months Internship
💰 Stipend: ₹8,000 – ₹12,000 per month

📌 Day-to-Day Responsibilities

1. Content Creation

  • Assist in creating engaging posts (text, images, videos, graphics).

  • Collaborate with the team on creative content ideas.

  • Ensure brand voice consistency.

2. Social Media Management

  • Schedule & publish posts across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.

  • Monitor & engage with followers, comments, and messages.

  • Stay updated with social media & competitor trends.

3. Data Analysis

  • Track key social media metrics & KPIs.

  • Prepare performance reports & suggest improvements.

4. Campaign Support

  • Assist in planning & executing social media campaigns.

  • Support ad campaigns on Facebook & Instagram.

5. Audience Engagement

  • Interact with followers professionally & promptly.

  • Encourage discussions & user-generated content.

6. Research & Trend Analysis

  • Research competitors & identify opportunities.

  • Stay updated with latest digital marketing trends.

7. Content Calendar Management

  • Help maintain a posting schedule.

  • Align social content with other marketing initiatives.

8. Graphic Design & Multimedia

  • Use basic design skills to create visuals for posts.

9. Social Media Advertising

  • Support in setting up and monitoring paid ads.

  • Suggest adjustments for better ad performance.

10. Reporting & Documentation

  • Maintain campaign records & activity logs.

11. Collaboration

  • Work with designers, content creators & managers.

  • Attend meetings & contribute ideas to campaigns.

✅ Eligibility

  • Knowledge of Digital Marketing & Social Media.

  • Students from any stream can apply (BBA & MBA preferred).

  • Completed or pursuing a Digital Marketing course.

  • Excellent communication skills.
