🚀 Job Overview

We are seeking a Performance Marketing Intern to join our Search Arbitrage Team. You’ll work closely with the Chief Growth Officer (CGO), gaining hands-on experience in Meta Ads campaign management, while building your analytical, creative, and strategic thinking skills.

📌 Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in day-to-day tasks related to campaign management.

  • Launch & manage A/B tests across Meta Ads platform.

  • Analyze campaign performance data & identify optimization opportunities.

  • Support the CGO in developing and executing testing strategies.

  • Monitor campaign metrics & prepare detailed performance reports.

✅ What We’re Looking For

  • 3–6 months of prior experience (Freshers also welcome).

  • Strong problem-solving & analytical skills.

  • Creative, out-of-the-box thinking approach.

  • Eagerness to learn & take on challenges.

  • Interest in data analytics & digital strategy.

  • Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts.
