Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical individual to join our team as a Performance Marketing Trainee. This role will focus on executing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across platforms to drive user acquisition, engagement, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and YouTube.
Monitor campaign performance and generate regular reports with actionable insights.
Analyze audience behavior and user funnels to improve ROI.
Work on A/B testing for creatives, ad copies, and landing pages.
Collaborate with the creative and tech teams for asset creation and tracking.
Stay updated with the latest performance marketing trends and best practices.

Who Can Apply:

Recent graduates or final-year students looking to start a career in digital marketing.
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
Familiarity with ad platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, etc.
Good understanding of key marketing metrics (CTR, CPA, ROAS, etc.)
Proficient in MS Excel/Google Sheets.
Certification in digital marketing is a plus.
