What You’ll Do

• Test products on Facebook & Google Ads daily

• Launch campaigns quickly and effectively

• Kill losers, scale winners 🚀

• Report campaign performance regularly

• Learn the ropes of performance marketing hands-on

Detailed Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day campaign management tasks

• Launch and manage A/B tests across Meta Ads platform

• Analyze campaign performance data and identify optimization opportunities

• Support the Chief Growth Officer in developing testing strategies

• Monitor campaign metrics and prepare performance reports

What We Need

• 3–6 months of experience (freshers welcome ✅)

• Basic knowledge of Facebook Ads & Google Ads

• Strong problem-solving skills and quick decision-making ability

• Interest in data analytics and campaign strategy

• Enthusiasm to learn, experiment, and grow fast

• Creative mindset with out-of-the-box thinking
