🎯 Role Overview

We’re looking for a passionate and data-driven Performance Marketing Intern who wants to learn and contribute to growth marketing campaigns. This role is perfect for someone who loves numbers, experiments with ads, and is excited to optimize campaigns across multiple platforms to achieve maximum ROI.

📝 Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in setting up and managing paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.)

  • Conduct keyword research and audience targeting for campaigns

  • Monitor and optimize campaigns to achieve higher CTR, lower CPC & better conversions

  • Work with the creative team to develop ad copies, visuals & landing pages

  • Track campaign performance using Google Analytics & other reporting tools

  • Provide weekly performance reports and actionable insights

  • Stay updated with latest trends in digital ads & performance marketing

✅ Requirements

  • Pursuing or completed a degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, or related fields

  • Basic understanding of Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, or LinkedIn Ads

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for reporting

  • Good communication & teamwork skills

  • Passionate about digital marketing, numbers, and growth hacking
