Position Overview

We are looking for a passionate and creative Social Media Manager who can develop compelling content, manage our online presence, and help amplify our message to drive real-world impact. This is your chance to turn your creativity into a catalyst for change.

Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media Strategy & Management

•Create engaging and purposeful content (posts, reels, carousels, stories) for Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn

•Develop and maintain a content calendar aligned with organizational goals

•Analyze metrics, track engagement, and optimize performance

•Grow the organization’s digital community with meaningful campaigns

2. Creative Content Development

•Design graphics, reels, and short videos using tools like Canva or CapCut

•Draft impactful captions, hashtags, and storytelling content

•Align all content with the organization’s voice, vision, and values

3. Campaign & Event Promotion

•Collaborate with internal teams to plan and promote events, workshops, and awareness drives

•Support in executing online campaigns for mental wellness, youth leadership, and women-centric causes

•Coordinate with photographers/videographers when needed for event coverage

•Highly creative with a strong eye for design and aesthetics

•Well-versed in Instagram algorithms, Canva, CapCut, and social media trends

•A confident communicator in both English and Hindi

•Self-motivated, punctual, and organized
