Job Title: Social Media Executive
Location: Plot No. 35, Second Floor, Patparganj Industrial Area, East Delhi
Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 10 AM to 7 PM
Salary: 20k-25k per month (depending on skills )

Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and analytical Social Media Manager to lead our online presence and grow our brand through strategic social media efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across all major platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.).
• Create engaging and original content (text, images, videos, stories, reels).
• Monitor and analyse performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions) and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Stay up-to-date with social media trends, algorithm updates, and best practices.
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to ensure brand consistency.
• Respond to comments, messages, and user queries in a timely and professional manner.
• Plan and execute paid campaigns and promotions on social platforms.
• Track competitor activity and identify growth opportunities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
• Excellent knowledge of major social media platforms and tools (Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Canva, Buffer, etc.).
• Strong writing, editing, and communication skills in English.
• Ability to analyse data and make data-driven decisions.
• Creative thinking and strong attention to detail.
• Basic graphic design and video editing skills are a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Experience running paid ads and promotions.
• Familiarity with SEO and content marketing is an advantage.
