📌 Key Responsibilities

-Plan, create, and execute engaging content for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
-Develop creative ideas for reels, posts, stories, and campaigns to maximize visibility and engagement.
-Manage social media calendars, schedule posts, and maintain consistency.
-Stay updated with trends, hashtags, and viral content to design impactful campaigns.
-Build engagement by replying to comments, messages, and interactions with followers.
-Collaborate with designers & video editors for high-quality content production.
-Track, analyze, and report performance metrics to improve campaign results.

🎯 Requirements

-Female candidates only.
-Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field (preferred).
-1–2 years of experience in social media marketing/content creation (freshers with strong creativity can also apply).
-Deep knowledge of Instagram Reels, trending formats, and growth hacks.
-Strong copywriting, communication & storytelling skills.
-Familiarity with Canva/Photoshop/basic video editing tools (added advantage).
-Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment with a positive mindset.
