At WorkinX Digital, we are a boutique DTC Creative Agency that works with eCommerce brands
based in the US and UK to help them stand out from the competition and convert more users.
WorkinX was established in 2018, taking a steady route to grow roots in the international
market. Today, we’re about 25 people, looking to double it by the end of 2025.
So far, we have worked with over 700 brands, including names like Adidas, Coway, Elo Touch,
and many other 6-7-8 figure brands.

Role Overview:

As a Paid Ads Intern, you’ll get hands-on experience in performance marketing by supporting
campaign execution across Meta (FB/IG) and Google Ads. You’ll help monitor performance,
iterate on creatives, and assist in ad setup and optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

● Help plan and launch Meta & Google Ads campaigns
● Monitor real-time performance
● Create weekly ad performance reports
● Coordinate with the design and copy team to test new creatives
● Research ad trends and suggest creative formats
● Assist in managing ad budgets and spend allocation

KPIs / Outcomes:

● Ad campaign setup accuracy
● Reduced CPC / Improved CTR
● Timely reporting and insight generation

Skills & Tools:

● Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics
● Spreadsheets, reporting dashboards
● Bonus: Experience with Shopify or Klaviyo

Ideal Candidate:

● Analytical mindset with interest in digital marketing
● Strong learning attitude and curiosity for paid media
● Ability to juggle multiple campaigns and priorities
