Role Overview

This internship is perfect for someone passionate about digital media, storytelling, and online community building. You will gain hands-on experience in managing multiple platforms, creating engaging content, and supporting the company’s overall digital marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Content Creation & Curation: Assist in creating engaging, high-quality content for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, etc. (captions, graphics, short videos).

  • Community Management: Monitor social channels, interact with audiences, and respond to comments, messages, and queries professionally.

  • Content Scheduling: Maintain the social media calendar and schedule posts for timely and consistent publishing.

  • Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyze engagement, reach, and follower growth to measure performance and optimize strategy.

  • Research & Trend Analysis: Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and platform updates; conduct competitor research for opportunities.

  • Campaign Support: Contribute ideas and assist in executing campaigns, contests, and promotions.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with designers, content creators, and marketing teams to ensure brand consistency.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently graduated in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or related field.

  • Strong understanding and active use of social media platforms.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Creative mindset with an eye for design and aesthetics.

  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work in a fast-paced environment.

Additional Details

  • Preference: Female candidates will be given preference.

  • Location: NSP, Delhi (Work from Office).

  • Stipend: To be discussed based on candidate’s profile.
